A bathroom renovation that grew from a simple toilet request into a full transformation — competitive pricing and excellent project management throughout.
I couldn't be happier with the work carried out by Your Home Development on our bathroom renovation. What initially started as a request for a new close-coupled toilet and shower quickly turned into a complete bathroom transformation and all because their pricing was so competitive that I simply couldn't resist! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these professionals. From George's initial contact, to Peter's excellent project management, through to the superb workmanship of the whole team, they delivered an exceptional service from start to finish. Thank you to everyone!

A prompt, considerate replacement of a fifty-year-old bathroom, with excellent quality from demolition through to final fixtures.
I found Your Home Developments' response to my need for a complete replacement of my fifty year old bathroom to be prompt, constructive, obliging and considerate at all stages of the work and with all trades employed. The quality of the work was excellent, from initial demolition and reconstruction, to fully concealed plumbing, floor to ceiling tiling, and final fitting of the bathroom fixtures. All staff were very friendly and forever anxious to minimise disruption and to ensure that the house stayed clean and tidy.

Transformed a dated 1980s bathroom into a gorgeous new shower room — patient with design changes and delivered great results.
From our first meeting George and Peter bent over backwards to turn our nasty 1980's bathroom into a gorgeous new shower room. The workmen were all great and even though I changed my mind several times about tiles, shower screens etc Peter was endlessly helpful and patient. We are so pleased with the finished result that we will be using the guys in a few months to replace the kitchen. Great work, I would absolutely recommend.

Helped complete an unfinished bathroom after poor experiences elsewhere — reliable, professional communication throughout.
George, Peter and their team did a brilliant job helping figure out how to complete our unfinished bathroom. After dealing with poor quality traders in the last few years, YHD LTD were a breath of fresh air. They were reliable in their communication and kept it all black and white. On the job they were professional and the finished product is 10/10. Highly recommend!!

George recently fitted a new kitchen sink and carried out some work in my bathroom, bringing it back to excellent condition. He is reliable, professional, and efficient, and the quality of his work is outstanding. I would highly recommend George for any repairs or refurbishments. It was an absolute pleasure having him do the work.

London and Surrey.
Unlike many contractors who juggle multiple jobs at once, we give every project a single dedicated point of contact from start to finish — no confusion, no chasing different tradespeople for updates. Combined with transparent, itemised quoting and a track record of 100+ completed projects and a 9.33/10 average client rating on Checkatrade, we're built on doing the job right the first time.
Most full bathroom renovations take 2-3 weeks from start to finish, depending on scope. We'll give you a clear, realistic timeline as part of your quote, and keep you updated throughout — no vanishing acts or missed deadlines.
